Dr. William H. Carter

Dr. William H. Carter is the founder and CEO of the International Research Forum (IRF). With over 20 years of experience in scholarly publishing, Dr. Carter has worked across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East advising academic institutions, libraries, and indexing bodies on sustainable open-access models and editorial best practices.

Before establishing IRF, he served as Publishing Director at Cambridge Academic Media, overseeing a portfolio of peer-reviewed journals and digital monographs. He also held senior editorial roles at Wiley-Blackwell and worked as a consultant for journal development, peer review systems, and DOI infrastructure.

Dr. Carter holds a DPhil in Philosophy of Science from the University of Oxford, an MA in Publishing from the University of the Arts London, and a BA in English from Durham University. He is passionate about improving global research visibility, supporting early-career scholars, and building trusted platforms for open-access publication.

Dr. Meera Venkatesan

Dr. Meera Venkatesan is the Editor-in-Chief at the International Research Forum (IRF), where she leads the strategic editorial direction across the journal portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in scholarly publishing and academic research, she is committed to promoting rigorous peer review, interdisciplinary scholarship, and inclusive access to research.

Dr. Venkatesan holds a PhD in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University and has served as a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford. Her editorial career spans academic institutions, independent journals, and open-access platforms, where she has overseen hundreds of submissions across the humanities and social sciences.

In her role at IRF, she works closely with editorial teams, peer reviewers, and authors to ensure high standards of academic integrity, fast turnaround times, and clear communication at every stage of the publication process.

Managing Editor

Prof. Jonathan Reynolds

Prof. Jonathan Reynolds serves as the Managing Editor at the International Research Forum (IRF), where he oversees the day-to-day editorial workflows and journal operations.s.

He previously held editorial leadership roles with several UK-based scholarly journals and has advised editorial boards on peer review management, open-access strategy, and production timelines. At IRF, Prof. Reynolds is responsible for coordinating editorial board activity, supporting journal launches, and maintaining publishing standards in line with global indexing requirements.

Prof. Reynolds holds an MA in Economic History from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in History from the University of Leeds. His professional interests include metadata quality, editorial policy development, and scalable publishing infrastructure for interdisciplinary research.
